Shahe/Kwetiau |
Ingredients:
1. 400 grams of Shahe fen, boiled until chewy, drain.
2. 4 chicken eggs, beaten off, fried like making scrambled.
3. 150 grams caisim.
4. The thread 1 green onion, thinly sliced.
5. 100 milliliters broth (explanation of how to make it there on a special recipe chicken noodle).
6. Butter or margarine taste for sauteing.
Seasoning:
1. 2 cloves garlic, crushed, then chopped until smooth.
2. 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
3. 2 teaspoons of soy sauce.
4. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.
5. Salt, sugar, and white pepper powder to taste.
